Esports cryptocurrency betting platform Thunderpick has unveiled a strategic partnership with the*gameHERs (Gamehers), a women-focused esports community platform. The collaboration will involve various initiatives and tournaments, including an event during Super Bowl week, a weekly streaming campaign, and a Pro-Am tournament.
Notably, Thunderpick gained attention in 2023 for organizing the Thunderpick CS:GO World Championship, a CS:GO tournament series with a remarkable $600,000 prize pool. The company had also previously joined forces with esports organization Evil Geniuses for its Dota 2 roster.
The partnership with the*gameHERs is set to kick off in Las Vegas during Super Bowl Week, culminating in early February before the Super Bowl on February 11th. Following the launch, an eight-week-long campaign titled "Pink Picks" will be initiated, aligned with Gamehers' weekly streamed show, Pink Pixels.
This campaign will focus on betting-related content, such as fantasy picks, predictions, and game analysis, featuring seasoned gaming professionals. Additionally, the collaboration will introduce the StreamHERs Creator Live Stream series, showcasing femme-identifying gamers and players.
A pivotal aspect of this collaboration is the Thunderpick FemaLED Pro-Am Tournament, scheduled for later this year. While the specific games to be featured are yet to be disclosed, the tournament will highlight female esports professional players.
Thunderpick aims to contribute to the growth and impact of the female gaming landscape, emphasizing inclusivity and diversity in the gaming world, thereby providing unique opportunities for female gamers.
