Three major regions host VCT Ascension on LAN

The developer of the first-person shooter VALORANT, Riot Games, has provided further information on the upcoming VCT Ascension series of events.
 
There will be three Ascension competitions in all, and the LAN finals will be held at each of them. The competitions, which will be held in Thailand, Germany, and Brazil, will begin immediately following the Masters Tokyo.
 
The competitive VALORANT ecosystem includes the Ascension competitions.

The competitions bring together the top teams from the regional Challengers leagues in the three primary geographic areas of EMEA, the Americas, and Pacific, and they provide them the opportunity to qualify for an international league.

The three Ascension competitions will include 36 teams playing together.
 
All 10 days of the tournament in the Pacific area will be played on LAN, whereas the early rounds in the Americas region and the EMEA region will be contested online initially and on LAN in Germany, respectively.
 
There will be a group stage and a playoff stage in each area.

There will be a total of six teams in the Americas, nine Challenger teams in EMEA, and ten teams in the Pacific from the start.
