Sean Kiely is appointed Chief Revenue Officer at Esports Awards

Sean Kiely, formerly the Global Head of Gaming and Esports Sales at the entertainment platform Fandom, has been named the Chief Revenue Officer of The Esports Awards (CRO).
According to a statement, Kiely will concentrate on strategically advancing Esports Awards' global expansion, and his hiring will also strengthen the company's footprint.
With decades of expertise under his belt, Kiely joins. He began his professional career as a Morning Show Producer at a nearby radio station and, after less than a year, transitioned into esports as a Regional Sales Manager for the multimedia tech company Curse.
Mike Ashford, CEO of the Esports Awards, greeted Kiely and conveyed his joy in a public statement: “We are thrilled with the growth achieved in 2022 and are very proud of the partners who trusted us again last year.
“I am delighted to incorporate Sean’s impressive experience driving sales and business growth into the team and look forward to delivering even greater results and service to our partners.”
Given the recent expansion efforts made by Esports Awards, one of the most well-known award shows in the industry, Kiely has now joined. The exhibition entered into new or expanded agreements with over 12 brands in 2022 alone, including Secretlab and Verizon, Expedia, Coca-Cola, Lexus, the online travel agency, and more.
