Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing has extended its partnership with Fanatec, the hardware manufacturer, in a multi-year deal. This renewed collaboration will include the creation of licensed products for the Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula One Team, such as sim-racing steering wheels and cockpits, aimed at enhancing the virtual racing experience.
These products, including the recently launched ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula Red Bull 2024, will be featured in the team’s offerings and hospitality packages, providing fans with exclusive access to high-quality sim racing gear.
Fanatec, a subsidiary of Corsair, initially teamed up with Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing in 2021 and has since contributed to the team’s success in esports. This partnership extension underscores Corsair’s continued investment in the growing sim racing sector.
As part of the deal, Fanatec products will also be integrated into Oracle Red Bull Racing’s Paddock Club experiences, providing fans with an immersive link between the virtual world and real-world motorsports.
The partnership is part of a broader trend in sim racing, as Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing also secured deals with SCUF Gaming, another Corsair subsidiary. Belma Nadarevic, Senior Director of Marketing at Fanatec, expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting their shared goal of creating unique experiences that bridge the gap between sim racing and Formula One. Fans can look forward to more innovative products as the partnership continues to evolve.
