Krystian Jaroszynski has assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at the Scandinavian esports organization HEROIC, marking his transition from Tencent-owned game publisher Level Infinite. With almost 17 years of experience in tech and esports, Jaroszynski's career includes roles at AMD, HyperX, Kingston Technology Europe, and esports event organizer PGL.
His five-year tenure at G2 Esports as Head of Business Development and later Head of Partnerships contributed to his esports expertise. Replacing Işıkcan Aysev as HEROIC's CCO, Jaroszynski announced upcoming partnerships and expressed plans for immediate hires within the commercial team.
HEROIC, established in 2013, fields rosters in Counter-Strike, Fortnite, Dota 2, and sim racing. After a financially challenging 2023, HEROIC secured a NOK 10 million investment, preventing insolvency.
Despite its struggles, the organization chose to depart from the Louvre Agreement with ESL, enabling partnerships with the ESL Pro League. In his LinkedIn statement, Jaroszynski anticipates contributing to the creation of a vibrant esports and entertainment powerhouse within HEROIC, emphasizing a commitment to fostering an exciting and entertaining brand in the gaming space.
