GINX TV has partnered with Guild Esports and Gaming, relocating its operations to Guild's London-based headquarters in Shoreditch. As part of the agreement, Guild Esports will acquire a 25% stake in GINX TV through an undisclosed convertible loan.
The move will enable GINX TV to establish a permanent live studio and production gallery within Guild’s 15,000-square-foot facility, strengthening its content creation and distribution capabilities.
The collaboration will see Guild Esports serving as a service provider for GINX TV, helping distribute content for partners and sponsors. GINX TV’s CEO, Peter Einstein, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the opportunity to create a central hub for gaming content under one roof.
The transition from Tileyard Studios in Kings Cross to the Sky Guild Gaming Centre marks a strategic move for GINX TV as it continues to expand its global reach, having already been available in 20 million homes worldwide with over 35 million content views in 2024.
Guild Esports’ headquarters has increasingly become a hub for gaming ventures, with GINX TV following Drive Lounge as the second entity to establish itself within the space. Since opening in March 2023, the facility has hosted various activations, including women’s esports tournaments and influencer-driven promotional events.
Nick Westwood, Chief Creative Officer of Guild Esports and Gaming, emphasized the evolving nature of content distribution, noting a shift away from traditional gaming channels towards new, independently operated platforms.
