The Esports World Cup Foundation, known for organizing the Esports World Cup backed by the Saudi Government, has formed a partnership with Level Infinite, a game developer owned by Tencent. This collaboration extends beyond just the Esports World Cup event and aims to propel the ecosystems of PUBG Mobile and Honor of Kings forward over the next three years.
In this partnership, both PUBG Mobile and Honor of Kings tournaments will be integrated into the Esports World Cup lineup, featuring large-scale competitions during the summer in Riyadh. These events will attract top teams from around the world, serving as mid-season competitions within the Esports World Cup framework.
Moreover, the collaboration between the Esports World Cup Foundation and Level Infinite will see over 1,000 events globally for PUBG Mobile and Honor of Kings. This extensive tournament circuit will provide opportunities for players of all skill levels to engage in competitive esports events and showcase their talents on a global stage.
Vincent Wang, representing Level Infinite, emphasized the commitment to fostering inclusivity, connectivity, and accessibility within the esports community. The partnership underscores the growing significance of the global esports sector and aims to nurture the development of game titles and esports athletes worldwide.
Additionally, the announcement coincides with the revelation of a significant three-year partnership between the Esports World Cup and Qiddiya, a monumental architectural project set to host the World Cup upon its completion.
