Alodia Gosiengfiao, co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Tier One Entertainment, a prominent Southeast Asian gaming and esports entertainment organization, has announced her departure from the company after more than six years. Gosiengfiao, known as a content creator, cosplayer, and entrepreneur in the Southeast Asian gaming landscape, cited a misalignment between her values and those of Tier One as a key reason for her decision. While she has not disclosed her future plans, Tier One issued a statement on Twitter confirming her departure and expressing well-wishes for her upcoming projects.
Gosiengfiao, a brand ambassador for Smart Communications and Predator Gaming, co-founded Tier One Entertainment in 2017 with Tryke Gutierrez, the current CEO. Tier One is a major gaming and esports entertainment company in Southeast Asia, representing various content creators and esports talents. The company is supported by investors like Warner Music Group and partners with industry giants such as Riot Games, Moonton, and GroupM.
Tier One Entertainment also owns BLACKLIST International, a renowned Southeast Asian esports organization competing in games like PUBG, Call of Duty: Mobile, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). The MLBB team of BLACKLIST has gained a substantial following, winning titles like the M3 World Championship and achieving success in multiple MPL Philippines Seasons. In the recent MPL Philippines edition, BLACKLIST secured second place, earning a spot in the upcoming M5 World Championship.
Expanding its portfolio, BLACKLIST International entered League of Legends: Wild Rift in February. In collaboration with G2 Esports, they launched a joint Wild Rift team named G2 Blacklist. Additionally, BLACKLIST partnered with Malaysian esports organization Team Lunatix to create a new roster competing in MDL Philippines, MLBB’s development league.
