In a thrilling NBA night on Thursday, Scoot Henderson's step-back jumper with just 0.1 seconds left secured a 122-120 victory for the Portland Trail Blazers against the Utah Jazz. Henderson's clutch shot was part of a series of dramatic finishes across the league, adding to the excitement of the evening's games.

 

Elsewhere, the Miami Heat edged out the Orlando Magic 89-88 after Tyler Herro sank a 15-foot jumper with 0.5 seconds remaining. Although Orlando had a chance to respond, Jalen Suggs' long-range three-pointer missed the mark and was ruled to have been released after the buzzer.

 

Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons pulled off an incredible comeback, with Jaden Ivey hitting a three-pointer while fouled and completing a four-point play to secure a 114-113 win over the Sacramento Kings, overcoming a 10-point deficit in the final minutes.

 

In Washington, the Wizards came from behind to defeat the Charlotte Hornets 113-110, thanks to Jordan Poole's three-pointer with 8.7 seconds left. Despite trailing by 21 points in the first half, the Wizards held on to win as Charlotte's Brandon Miller missed a potential game-winning shot and Justin Champagnie sealed the victory with a free throw. This win, their fifth of the season, keeps Washington at the bottom of the Eastern Conference.
