D'Tigers' coach, Mohammed upbeat about team's chances ahead of 2025 Afrobasket Qualifiers

The Head Coach of Nigeria's D'Tigers, Abdulrahman Mohammed, is upbeat about his team's bright chances against the host, Libya, ahead of the important clash in the 2025 Afrobasket qualifiers.  


Speaking ahead of the game, Mohammed expressed confidence in the abilities of his players to make Nigeria proud.  


The Nigerian team will be seeking a win against the host to bolster their chances of securing a ticket to the Afrobasket championship taking place in Côte d'Ivoire.  


"The boys are in high spirits and raring to go," he enthused.  


Captain of the team, Ike Nwamu, stated confidently, "We are ready for sure. Everyone is ready and excited for this opportunity we have to make our country proud."
