Tori Bowie: American Olympic medalist and former world champion passes away at age 32

A three-time Olympic medalist and former world champion in the 100-meter sprint, American Tori Bowie passed away at the age of 32.
Bowie earned four gold medals in the 2016 Rio Olympics in the 4x100-meter relay, 100-meter silver, and 200-meter bronze.
She won the 100-meter world championship and the relay gold the following year in London at the World Championships.
Icon Management, her agent, said: "We're devastated to share the very sad news that Tori Bowie has passed away.
"We've lost a client, dear friend, daughter and sister. Tori was a champion…a beacon of light that shined so bright!
"We're truly heartbroken and our prayers are with the family and friends."
Bowie's effect on the sport is enormous, according to USA Track and Field, and she will be "greatly missed."
World Athletics wrote on Instagram that it was truly grieved by her passing.
