Posted : 31 August 2023
Charles Ezenwanne, the President of Para Power Lifting Federation on Wednesday commended the Team Nigeria's bravery at the just-concluded Para powerlifting Championship in Dubai

He noted that the athletes must keep improving and never stop developing new strategies that will keep Nigeria at the level of dominance.

Africa Sport Network (ASN) reports that Team Nigeria got seven medals at the power lifting events held in Dubai

He added that as the sports evolved, new rules and techniques must also be developed by the athletes.

“The performance of our contingent underlines the country’s status as a leading force in para-powerlifting and our strong winning culture and competitive mentality.
