Nigeria's 4x100 metres men's relay team quest for a place in the 2023 World Athletics in Budapest was dashed again in Benin Republic as they failed again.
The Nigerian side missed their qualification by mere whiskers last week at the Yaba College of Technology in Lagos and had to move to Benin to try their luck.
To qualify for the relay event in World Athletics, the team must be in the top 16 to be able to participate.
The quartet of Favour Ashe, Kayinsola Ajayi, Alaba Akintola and Godson Brume dropped the baton in Benin.
