Nigeria's Queen of the Track, Tobiloba Amusan, has reportedly traveled to Jamaica to train under the guidance of renowned Jamaican coach Glen Mills.
Mills is celebrated for having coached sprint legends like Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake.
The legendary coach, however, expressed his excitement about working with Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan, the 100m hurdles world-record holder and 2022 world champion.
According to Jamaica-based SportsMax, Tobi Amusan has been quietly training in Jamaica under Mills’ guidance since September, marking a new chapter in her career.
Mills, widely regarded as one of the greatest sprint coaches in history, helped Bolt achieve unprecedented success, including world records in the 100m and 200m, eight Olympic gold medals, and 11 World Championship titles. He expressed admiration for Amusan’s professionalism and commitment to excellence.
