Confirming this in Abuja, the Sports Manager of the outfit, Patrick Ngwaogu, said the program aims to discover athletes who are naturally gifted in their sports and provide them with scholarships at institutions of higher learning in the United States of America.
Ngwaogu stated, "The mega deal was secured by the CEO of Ave Sports Development Club, PMC Okeke, a philanthropist and grassroots builder."
The deal, signed in the United States between Ave Sports Development Club of Nigeria and United Athletics Inc., was witnessed by numerous sports-loving Nigerians in the USA.
"It's geared towards discovering student-athletes and talents in Nigeria with the aim of providing further education and studies in the USA."

He added that the program is for athletes between the ages of 15 and 20 years.
Ngwaogu noted that the student-athletes benefiting from the program will be those involved in football, basketball, tennis, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, rugby, baseball, golf, boxing, swimming, gymnastics, athletics (track and field), cycling, hockey (field), badminton, wrestling, and mixed martial arts.
